With reference to C.O. 1012,

I have the honour to forward an application by the Rev. G. Renich, in favour of Basel Mission Girls School, Nest point, and to recommend that the Crown Attorney be authorized to make certain alterations in and to add certain stipulations to the Declaration of Trust and Memorial drafted by him. I enclose a letter addressed to me by the Rev. G. Renich asking that the draft of the Declaration of Trust, and of the Memorial, on the basis of which a Building Grant of $1000 is to be paid by Government, may be settled.
